dc.description.abstract This chapter describes the adolescence period as a stormy time in any person's life. It describes the physical changes associated with puberty and the psychological implications of its timing. The chapter also looks at the impact of parent-child relationships and peer relationships on teenagers. It also explains how adolescents think about moral issues as well as explain the significance of the adolescent period for the development of the self and identity. en
