dc.description.abstract This chapter looks at the policies and assess views, as expressed by key stakeholders, on the impact of the Employment Equity Act (EEA) (No. 55 of 1998) within the labour market. The chapter shows that there is little evidence to suggest that the impact of the EEA undermines the inclusion of the white minority in a creation of cosmopolitan citizenship in South Africa. en
