Educating street and homeless children in South Africa: the challenge of policy implementation

Abstract

This article offers a qualitative description of the education provided for street and homeless children in Johannesburg, South Africa. The goal is to identify appropriate policy considerations for educating street children and homeless children in Johannesburg in particular, and South African in general.
