dc.description.abstract TIPC has an underlying aim to co-construct theoretical bases and to provide practical tools to broaden and deepen reflexivity for Experimental Policy Engagements (EPEs). Through a constant process of observation, analysis, reflection, and learning, EPEs members can review and adapt their ToC. Gathering new knowledge as well as questioning assumptions (second-order learning) within the experiment.
