Abstract:
While care for older persons is a national concern in South Africa, this brief focuses on Gauteng province. However, the lessons learned in this province are applicable nationally and in other contexts. An integrated approach informed by intergenerational solidarity is needed at all levels to improve the quality of services for Gauteng???s older persons.
