Abstract:
In mid-August, the HSRC convened a gender dialogue on land as a contribution to ongoing debates and public hearings relating to land reform policy in the country. From a social and restorative justice as well as development perspective, the dialogue drew attention to the critical importance of ensuring access to and ownership of land for women in the country.
