Abstract:
Over the history of the recognition of information rights in South Africas Constitution, the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC), established in terms of the Constitution, has been the key custodian of the right to privacy, including personal information, and the right of access to information, along with all other human rights as also set out in the Constitution.
