dc.description.abstract The Talent Development Programme (TDP), which was started in 2005, is a residential, enrichment and additional academic contact time programme currently aimed at Grade 11 and 12 learners. The TDP contributes to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) human capital development within the country through its intervention at the secondary school level. The programme provides the opportunity for learners to engage in challenging academic mathematics and science work, provides interactive social experience, and presents learners with strategies that can assist them in their higher education. en
