Abstract:
In South Africa, migrants, asylum seekers and refugees have disproportionate access to socioeconomic resources and healthcare services. Findings of qualitative research conducted by the HSRC illustrate how this inequality may have been exacerbated by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
