Abstract:
The people of Chambishi Township in Zambia have been facing hardships caused by the insufficient availability of clean and safe drinking water due to the reasons alluded to earlier. The work contained in this chapter focuses on a feasibility study to ascertain if biogas can be used as a resource for energy requirements in the provision of clean and safe drinking water for the people in the mentioned areas.
