Abstract:
CoSAI commissioned a study to investigate different investment instruments with the potential to support transformation of the sector. The objectives of this study were to summarize current evidence on how well different investment instruments to promote innovation have supported the multiple objectives of SAI, and to develop lessons and guidance based on this evidence to help innovators and investors choose the best funding instruments to support SAI innovation.
