dc.description.abstract	This report presents the findings of an evaluation of the National Education Collaboration Trust (NECT) conducted by a team commissioned by the funder FirstRand Empowerment Foundation (FREF) and managed by Tshikululu Social Investments. The team comprised three lead evaluators, Profs Molefe Ralenala, Mvuyo Tom, and Elaine Unterhalter, and research teams from the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) and a consortium of Outsourced Insight and Citofield led by Drs Michael Cosser and Wilfred Lunga (HSRC), Dr Stephen Rule (Outsourced Insight) and Philip Browne (Citofield). The evaluation was conducted over the period of January to October 2021.	en
