dc.description.abstract	The Department of Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities (DWYPD) facilitated a validation workshop for the draft Theory of Change (TOC) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan of the National Youth Policy 2020-2030 (NYP) developed by the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC). This report presents the process, key discussion points and inputs from the validation process and provides recommendations for strengthening the TOC and M&E Plan.	en
