Abstract:
Much effort has gone into estimating the size of the homeless population in South Africa. However, while data on the size of this population is critically important for designing interventions, it is only of use when we better understand the nature of the problem, maintain Candice Rule-Groenewald, Furzana Timol, Ernest Khalema and Chris Desmond.
