Abstract:
Agricultural research and experimental development (R&D) investments unlock new opportunities for productivity, food security and sustainable development in developing countries. This fact sheet illustrates trends in the allocation of resources and personnel for R&D activities in agriculture and agribusinesses in South Africa, based on survey data from 2013/14 to 2017/18.
