Abstract:
This chapter aims to highlight that, in the context of neoliberalism and globalisation, Africa has been a rise in FDIs from all corners of the world. FDIs have contributed to Africa's economic growth, infrastructure development and job creation. However, FDIs has, to some extent, affected domestic businesses; and it creates dualistic economic structures, which worsen income inequality.
