Africa’s blue economy infrastructure and its potential for continental integration

Abstract

In this chapter this is referred to as the Blue Economy infrastructure. As this is a new concept, no specific definition exists. Hence it can be hinted that the Blue Economy infrastructure refers to all physical prerequisites that must be developed to successfully exploit aquatic and marine resources under the notion of the Blue Economy.
