Abstract:
African universities are increasingly showing a keen interest in innovative governance, internationalization and collaboration, and are investing resources in technology to enhance teaching, learning and research, says Professor Ernest Aryeetey, the former vice-chancellor of the University of Ghana, who recently retired as the secretary-general of the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA).
