Abstract:
Critical self-refection is an important practice for organisations like CeSTII and in the 2024 we evaluated the role of CeSTII within the HSRC, highlighting the characteristics that set us apart from our colleagues within the Council. Our self-reflection report reflected critically on our accomplishments over the past five years, and what we need to do better, as part of our contribution to the HSRC’s Strategy Plan for 2025-2030.
