Abstract:
Gabrielle Le Roux, feminist activist and artist, spent many years in the Caribbean. She talks to Nadia Sanger about her history,
and what has made her work possible. Gabrielle shares with us the inspiration from the Dominican women she encountered and whose lives she has depicted in her portraits.
