Abstract:
This chapter expands on the possibilities of recent developments and events. India's footprint in Africa appears to be widening and Indo-African relations gaining in momentum. Africa appears to have become a critical feature in India's current foreign outreach and thus New Delhi's acknowledgement of its need to put its engagement with the continent on more of a strategic footing.
