dc.description.abstract This chapter presents the results of citizens' views on whether elected leaders respond to their demands. The second part of the chapter presents the results on the extent to which citizens demand democracy. The final part of the chapter discusses the results, followed by major conclusions based on the first two parts: evaluations of the political system and democratic citizenship. en
