The recent release of the South African National Skills (NSS) 2007 survey by the Department of Labour presents an important opportunity to consider change in enterprise training between the NSS2007 and NSS2003 which shared comparable methodologies. The authors consider changes in training exposure among permanent employees in private enterprises in South Africa with particular reference to the 2003 and 2007 years. |
