Abstract:
In South Africa today voters are being offered something of a "choiceless choice". You pay your money and get the same thing whatever yu choose. It is however clear that the voters do not see the present election in this way. So how are we to pick our way through this difficult territory of recognising simultaneous similarity and difference between our political parties?
