Democracy South Africa: evaluating the 1999 election

Abstract

This text contains the results of extensive fieldwork undertaken throughout the period of South Africa's second multi-racial democratic election. This book will be an important source for all commentators on the South African political scene as it proceeds from a review of the lection process to analyse the results, the exit poll and the views of all major stakeholders and participants.
