Abstract:
The former office of the Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP) granted funds to all provincial governments to be used at the discretion of each province. This chapter is based on an evaluation of the amount allocated to KwaZulu Natal. It presents the findings of the evaluation of 136 discretionary fund projects of the RDP with the total value of R13.6 million.
