Abstract:
This policy brief explores some attitudinal factors based on work-seekers' reflections on the most valued job attributes that affect workseekers' labour market behaviour. It also recommends revisions of current labour market policies to incorporate the role of attitudinal factors. Such revisions could lead to improved policy outcomes.
